A Few words about GTSA

 

After working in the aircraft manufacturing industry and travelling all over the world to assist suppliers in reaching the quality that was expected to be delivered, it became increasingly clear that the field teams out there were in need of unique management to help them work better and more efficiently together. When there are field teams involved it is very much like the ‘new’ hybrid teams that are working today after the pandemic changed the way business is being done locally and further afield. 

 

It didn’t take long for word to get out that our CEO had a big skillset that had teams that were working poorly together turned around and became more efficient in their workloads and structure. It wasn’t a difficult thing for her to do as she had a unique quality of understanding how to look strategically at the process being used and helping to devise a more efficient system to allow for easier workflow and quality delivery. This transfers into all industries by using unique tools to evaluate the current way things are being done and adjusting a few things to see great improvement in the workflow.
